This project took on the remodel of 4,000 sq.ft of space within 8,000 sq. ft. of an existing 1930s masonry and wood frame film production studio in Hollywood, California.
New facilities were made for staff while other spaces for casting, wardrobe and editing were improved, as was circulation. The lobby is intended to be bare and establish the datum for two objects; a concrete stair resting stable and vertical while other object floats horizontally within.
