Owing to his 35 years of experience in the field, Gwynne Pugh is more than qualified to serve as an expert witness for architecture and engineering and has done so on multiple occasions. Gwynne is registered as a Professional Engineer and a Licensed Architect within the state of California. He received formal training in each discipline, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom and also a Master of Architecture degree from UCLA’s Graduate School of Architecture and Urban Planning. His outstanding contribution to the field was recognized in 2010 when he was invited to become a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects.

Gwynne Pugh Urban Studio provides strategic assessment of project development and coordination with planning staff to position projects to be able to receive approvals in an expeditious manner. We help make smart projects that most efficiently meet the requirements and approval of the City. Gwynne Pugh has been a practicing Architect in Santa Monica for over 30 years and is well versed in the process of obtaining entitlements.
