Arenda-Montana Santa Monica, CA

GP-US completed the design for this 2,500 SF commercial building in the heart of Santa Monica’s upscale Montana Avenue neighborhood.

The modern design features a fully retractable window system on the western and southern walls, creating an inviting space that opens up to and interacts with its environment. A restaurant is the intended occupant, with construction to begin in early 2018.
