The project is on a 2.87 acre site and will be an adaptive reuse of eight existing historic bungalows and a church.

A new 98-room, five-story resort hotel and spa complex with restaurant and banquet facilities will be built. The project site is just off Palm Canyon Drive and nestled in the foothills of the San Jacinto Mountains.
