Artesia Downtown Plan Artesia, CA

GP-US is leading the team charged with creating a new downtown specific plan for the City of Artesia.

The process will encompass a variety of disciplines, including urban design, architecture, community outreach, traffic studies,

and land use economics. The goal is to identify the key community issues and ideas that will form the basis of the plan and help the City of Artesia best leverage the future Metro line that is planned for the area.
