This project is a 20,000 sq. ft. 2-story commercial building over 1 level of subterranean parking.
This was a new structure for an established door and sash retailer to the trade. It helped the business re-conceive how it
operated and allowed it to grow in a down market. This structure is energy neutral to the grid, provided by a solar roof.
