TENANT IMPROVEMENTS
Gwynne Pugh Urban Studio completed a refurbishment of the Broad Stage Offices, transforming an old and out of date workplace into a bright and open space that more accurately reflects the theater company’s general philosophy and artistic objectives.
The renovation was thorough, involving a whole new layout, interior finishes, and new furniture, while making sure that everything complies with current codes. The bright colors used
on the walls reflect the vibrant color scheme used by the Broad Stage. The new offices are an essential part of the theater company’s operations, as they will be used for everything from entertaining donors to work-shopping creative ideas with visiting artists.
