Located in a Hollywood, California neighborhood of single-family residences, the multi-family Bronson Lofts project is a new landmark for the area.
The program includes 5 for-sale residential units comprising 9,600 sq. ft. plus an additional 3,600 sq. ft. of semi subterranean
parking. The project was completed in 2006 and has managed to maintain a compatible look with the neighborhood, despite its disparate scale and material palette.
