Cherokee Mixed-Use Lofts is an urban infill, mixed-use, market-rate housing project.

The 32,000 sq. ft. building is the first LEED Platinum (pending) Certified building in Hollywood and is the first LEED Platinum Certified mixed-use or market rate multi-family building in Southern California. The building distinguishes itself from most conventionally developed projects in that it incorporates energy efficient measures that exceed standard practice, optimize building performance, and ensure reduced energy use during all phases of construction and occupancy. Completed in 2010, the

project has received numerous awards including the 2014 AIA Housing Award, Multi-Family Housing, 2011 AIA/COTE Top Ten Green Project Award, 2011 Metal Magazine Architectural Awards Residential Category, 2011 Metal Magazine Architectural Awards Sustainability Category, 2010 Los Angeles Business Council Architectural Award, 2010 Slow Home Award, and the 2007 Recipient, Westside Prize.
