Located in East Los Angeles, Kawada introduces a true Transit Oriented Development (TOD) along the Los Angeles Metro Rail Gold Line. The development provides 380 residential units and
responds aesthetically to its immediate surrounding context, while also incorporating retail space at the bottom floor.
