GP-US completed a renovation of a private residence in Pine Mountain Club, a private community within the Los Padres National Forest.

The scope encompasses adding over 1,000 SF to the existing structure, including a new garage and outdoor deck. Additional work includes a newly redesigned kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom.
