TENANT IMPROVEMENTS
Located in Santa Monica, California, this 7,000 sq. ft. 1930s Art Deco masonry building was remodeled into an office and work space for the production of TV commercials and music videos.
The central engaging element is a re-purposed shipping container which serves as a conference room. Completed in
1998, the project has been featured in numerous publications and received the 2001 AIA National Honor Award, 2001 AIA/LA Honor Award, and the 2002 AIA/CC Honor Award.
