The Santa Monica Village project is a 500,000 sq. ft. mixed-use housing development to be located in the central core of Santa Monica.
The project consists of 325 units of market rate and affordable rental and for sale housing, commercial space and master plan of four city blocks. Gwynne Pugh’s responsibilities include full
architectural services for Site C (90 units) and collaboration on master planning of the entire site. The project is currently on hold.
