TENANT IMPROVEMENTS / COMMERCIAL & RETAIL
Located in Beverly Hills, California, the existing 4th floor commercial space of a high-rise was renovated into the signature headquarters for an artist management company.
The 8,000 sq. ft. project included executive suites for the principals of the company, offices for other members of the
executive team, assistants, and support staff, two conference rooms, a kitchen and lounge area, reception and miscellaneous service rooms. This project was completed in 2000.
