Located in Culver City, California, this 22,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement project manages to maintain a spacious feeling despite its many programs.
Renovation of the office space was completed to the specifications of both the client and the building’s architect. The
project has been featured in numerous architectural journals and received the 2003 AIA National Honor Award, the 2003 AIA/CC Honor Award and then 2003 AIA/LA Honor Award.
